Location: London or Edinburgh (Hybrid - min. 2 days/week in office)

Salary: £27,000 + performance reviews

This isn’t a traditional junior BIM role. It’s a launchpad for someone for someone excited about combining engineering, coding, and automation to solve real-world problems and shape how a modern consultancy operates.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll begin by learning how we model, draw, and design - building trust by consistently delivering high-quality work. As you grow, you’ll help automate workflows, improve efficiency, and lead innovation across the business. You’ll have real ownership from day one, with mentorship from experienced directors and space to develop your own ideas.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has (or is completing) a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Is comfortable with, or eager to learn, Python, C#, and BIM tools like Revit, Dynamo, etc.

• Understands software fundamentals and will likely have an active GitHub account; and who enjoys working across disciplines

• Is curious about AI, machine learning, and digital transformation in the built environment

• Brings a problem-solving mindset, a collaborative attitude, and a desire to make an impact
